God Is Love

God is Love. We hear that often, but too many times. As love God seeks to direct our lives in ways that are beneficial to His way of peace, prosperity, and love toward God and toward one another. But there are often times we confuse God's love by believing it is like love we profess to one another, and believe we can direct how God loves.

When I hear people speak about God being angry or harming or causing harm, I realize they don't know God. If someone knows God they know that before anger comes warning after warning, and help, and messengers, and counseling by God. In fact, before wrath, God Himself comes to those affected and does his utmost to show them how much he hates what they're doing and that what they are doing is causing harm to others.

Love is in the details. Understanding God's love is in reflecting on the details until we see the Truth. Not our truth but the Truth.
